When will my order ship?
I usually pack orders 1-5 days after the order is placed, depending on how many orders I have to pack during that batch. Once shipped, you should get a shipping confirmation e-mail from BigCartel.
How long does shipping take?
I am based in Canada so orders across Canada and the United States tend to get delivered 1-2 weeks after it is shipped. International orders may take longer.
Is there tracking on my order?
All Canadian orders have tracking numbers included, but otherwise no.
How is my order packaged?
Most orders are packaged in bubble mailers with shipping labels taped to them. Any order that consists solely of stickers will be sent in an envelope with a stamp.
There's a mistake with my order, can I get a refund or exchange?
If there is an error with your order, that including a wrong/missing/defective item, please e-mail me at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of what you received. From there, we can negotiate options.
My order was shipped but I haven't received it. Can I get a refund?
Once your order is shipped, the responsibility of it getting delivered to you is completely out of my hands. I always triple-check addresses before printing shipping labels, so if the address that you wrote on your order is incorrect I am not at fault. I do not offer refunds after orders are shipped.
Can I cancel my order?
I only accept cancellations before I have printed a shipping label. I tend to pack orders a few days after the order has been placed, so during that time if you'd like to cancel your order please send me an e-mail with your order number regarding that. I do not offer cancellations or refunds once the order has been shipped.
